Wallace Frank Mangold

Wallace F. Mangold, 87, of Deptford, on September 24, 2011. He was born in New York City and resided in River Vale before moving to Deptford in 1987. Wallace graduated from Dumont High School, Trenton State College and received his Masters Degree from Montclair State College. He later became an Educator & Guidance Counselor at Dumont High School for 35 years, retiring in 1985. He served in the US Navy during WWII & Korea. He was a member of the VFW Post 2174 Westville Grove and the Woodbury Kiwanis Club.


Wallace is survived by his beloved wife of 57 years Florence Allen Mangold; loving daughter Melinda (William) Hills of West Deptford; sister Edna Berrian of Whiting; 3 grandchildren Jennifer, Dawn & William Jr. & great grandson Robert.

Visitation Wednesday 9am until the service at 11am at the DAVIS & WAGNER FUNERAL & CREMATION SERVICES 171 Delaware St. Woodbury, NJ. Interment Eglington Cemetery. In Lieu of flowers donations to Samaritan Hospice 5 Eves Dr. Marlton, NJ 08053.
