Stephen E. Blane, 63, of Thorofare, passed away on September 22, 2019. Stephen was born in Woodbury and called himself 'The Mayor of Thorofare.' He was predeceased by his parents Ernest & Doris (nee Paul) Blane, sister Pauline Moran, uncle Vernon Paul & aunts Marion 'Jane' Lloyd & Ellen Brady. He is survived by his niece Kristina Frizby and her children Eugene & Robert and his cousins.
