Ronald C. Marchini Jr.

Ronald C. Marchini Jr., 74, of Mullica Hill, passed away peacefully on March 15, 2025. Ron was born in Woodbury and raised in Blenheim where he served as a volunteer firefighter. He and his wife resided and started their family in Woodbury before settling in Mullica Hill in 1990. Ron worked years as an electrician and also at Johns Mansville’s Fiberglass Division in Winslow. He was a proud assistant coach to his sons’ little league teams. 

Ron loved to do many things, a self-taught craftsman. Whether it be making crafts for shows, working on old cars or making custom furniture, he knew how to build or fix just about anything; and if he didn’t he would figure it out. A jack of all trades, a man of a million stories all told a million times, and the king of ‘dad jokes’ before the term was coined. It was just so easy to like him. He was a proud member of the NRA, would give a history lesson to anyone who would listen, never turned down a chance to fire up the grill and was a lifelong fan of the Phillies and Eagles—even though they weren’t good most of the time. Above all else, Ron truly loved his entire family and all of his friends. And the feeling is mutual. He will be missed dearly, and his memories and stories will live on.

Ron is survived by his wife of 50 years Deborah (nee Bush) Marchini; children Kristy Marchini, Ronald C. Marchini III (fiancé Kate) & Dan (Meredith) Marchini; sister Doreen (Joe) DiPaolo; brothers Joseph & Vincent Marchini and 3 grandchildren Trent, Layne & Margot.

Visitation 12:30 Saturday, March 22nd until the service at 1:30 at DAVIS WAGNER FUNERAL AND CREMATION SERVICES, 171 Delaware St., Woodbury, NJ. Interment Eglington Cemetery.
