Richard S. Wassmann

Richard S. Wassmann, 80, of Deptford, on March 25, 2010. Richard was born in Philadelphia and has resided in Deptford for 38 years. He worked as an operator for many years for Texaco and then Du Pont. Richard served in the US Marine Corp and was a member of the American Legion and the Presbyterian Church at Woodbury.

Richard is survived by his wife Madeline; children Deborah (Edward) Mc Kenna of TX, Edna (Thomas) Touhill of DE, Elizabeth (Daniel) Bruynell of Woodbury, William Wassmann of Pennsauken, Ronald (Susan) of Wenonah & Kathryn Miller of Deptford; 2 sisters Carolyn (Walter) Wright of PA & Ethel Matz of Burlington; 19 grandchildren & 35 great grandchildren. He was predeceased by his son-in-law Donald Miller.

Visitation 12 noon Monday until the services at 2pm at DAVIS & WAGNER FUNERAL & CREMATION SERVICES 171 Delaware St. Woodbury, NJ. Interment Wenonah Cemetery. Family requests donations to Presbyterian Church at Woodbury Broad & Centre St. Woodbury, NJ.
