Marion R. Meyer

Marion R. (Cossabone) Meyer. "Once a Cossabone, always a Cossabone". Affectionately known as "Murnie". Departed this life on January 21, 2010.

A resident of Woodbury, N.J. for 60 years. Born at home in Williamstown, New Jersey. Wife of the Late Edwin L. Meyer, Sr. Survived by son, Edwin L. Meyer, Jr. (Sue) of Mickleton, N.J., grandchildren Lauren M. Patten and Daniel L. Meyer (Bryant), great grandson, Jack A. Patten, sister Sue Cossabone Becker (George), and cousin George Cossabone Sr.(Linda) of Glassboro. Predeceased by her parents, Sue and George Cossabone of Williamstown, N.J. and sisters Virginia Ivers and Anna Berghof.

Marion was employed as a chemist for 40 years by the RCA Corporation. She was avid athlete, particularly in Basketball, Softball (The Nippers), and golf. She was a member of Central Baptist Church of Woodbury, New Jersey.

Friends and relatives are respectfully invited to attend family visitation on Wednesday, January 27, at 10 AM at Central Baptist Church.
