Livia N. Raitter

Livia N. (nee Trama) Raitter, 76, of Woodbury Heights. After almost a one year battle with brain cancer, mom's huge heart and indomitable spirit finally gave in on May 22, 2014. Livia was born in Philadelphia and has resided in Woodbury Heights for 33 years. She was a long time communicant of St. Margaret Church and member of the Charismatic Prayer Group. She was also a member of the Red Hat Society.

Livia was predeceased by her husbands John (Jack) Slavek & Walter Raitter; daughter Livia Slavek & brothers Richard and Umberto (Theresa) Trama. She is survived by her children John Slavek of Mickleton, Larry Slavek of West Deptford; Dennis (Donna) Raitter of Kingsland, GA, daughter Julie (Tom) Sandberg of Jamison, PA; brother Anthony (Frances) Trama Jr.; grandchildren Rebecca, Nicole, Samantha, Ian, Arianna, Devon & Christie; 6 great grandchildren and countless nieces & nephews.

Visitation Tuesday 7 to 9pm and Wednesday 9am until the Mass of Christian Burial at 10am at the Infant Jesus Parish, St. Margaret's Church 845 3rd St. Woodbury Heights, NJ under the direction of DAVIS & WAGNER FUNERAL & CREMATION SERVICES Woodbury, NJ.
