Laura E. Mattson

Laura E. Mattson (nee Hasson), 85, of Oak Valley, Deptford, passed away on December 11, 2017. Laura was born in Woodbury; she resided in Woodbury Heights before moving to Oak Valley over 50 years ago. She was the Woodbury High School class of 1949 Valedictorian. She was a machinist for 3M in West Deptford for 18 years, retiring in 1998. Laura the 'Borgata Babe' loved taking trips to Atlantic City.
Laura was predeceased by her husband William A. Mattson in 2004; 2 sons Frank James and Andrew D. Mattson and her sister Doris Folwell. She is survived by her son William F. Mattson of Sewell; daughters Laura Lee (Julio) Ubaque of Oak Valley and Pamela Young of Sewell and 4 grandchildren Maci Lee Dougherty, Zachary Young, Brian Mattson and Eric Mattson.
