Joyce M. Matlack

Joyce M. Matlack (nee Grant), 71, of West Deptford, on July 30th. Joyce was born in Philadelphia and has resided in West Deptford for 55 years. She was a Teachers Aide for over 20 years at Red Bank Elementary School and loved to play Bingo at the Verga Fire House.

Joyce was the Loving wife of Alvin M. Matlack Sr.; devoted mother of the late Denise Scomolla, Tammy (Dan) Haury of Thorofare, Lisa (Bill) Barrow of Pitman & Alvin (Brandi) Matlack Jr. of West Deptford; adoring Nana of Joey Scomolla Jr, Holly Matlack, Billy Barrow Jr, Shaun & Kristen Haury & Evan Matlack; great grandmother of Gabriella Pirri & Isabella Scomolla; dear sister to Bryan Grant of Gloucester; Sara Schaeffer of Gloucester, Janice Carpenter of Bellmawr & Gloria Rania, best friend to Joyce throughout their lives, her devotion will be remembered always.

At Joyce's request services will be private under the direction of DAVIS & WAGNER FUNERAL & CREMATION SERVICES Woodbury, NJ. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the American Diabetes Assoc. or the American Heart Assoc.
