Josephine H. Fink

Josephine Harriet Fink, 100, died June 11, 2013. Born in Camden to Ella and George Fink on July 1, 1912, she grew up in Wenonah, moved to Woodbury where she resided in her home for 60 years before moving to Pitman Manor. She was predeceased by brothers George and DeHart. Ms. Fink was a graduate of Woodbury High School, class of 1929. She also graduated from Pierce Business College, as did her mother. She was employed as a medical secretary for physicians in Philadelphia and Camden. She retired from the medical department at DuPont after 21 years. Lifelong interests included: family and friends, holiday traditions, travel, gardening, time near the ocean, the Philadelphia Orchestra and painting. Josephine was a member of the Presbyterian Church of Woodbury for over 60 years and involved in many volunteer activities. Aunt Jo was much beloved by nephew David Fink of Macungie, Pa., JoAnne Woodburn and husband Paul of Philadelphia, and grand niece Elizabeth Cavadel and husband Michael of Alexandria, Va. She is also survived by sister-in-law Christine Fink of Collingswood.



Memorial service 2 pm Thursday July 18, 2013 at the Presbyterian Church at Woodbury 67 S. Broad Woodbury, NJ. In lieu of flowers, please share a memorial offering with the church. Memories and condolences can be shared at daviswagner.com.
