Joan Carey Labbree

Joan Carey Labbree, age 82 of West Deptford, NJ, passed away on Friday, March 27. Born June 14, 1937, in Camden, NJ, she is predeceased by her mother Margaret Carey. Joan attended Sacred Heart Elementary School and Our Lady of Mount Carmel Business School in Camden.
Joan was a loving mother and homemaker. She is survived by her husband George Labbree Jr. to whom she was happily married for 61 years. Joan was the mother of six children. When her children were young, she was very active in Girl Scouts, Saint Patrick School PTA, and their sports teams. Joans house was the house in the neighborhood where all the kids gathered. In more recent years, Joan enjoyed crafting and ceramics.
Survivors include her six children Margaret(Tom) Lutz, George Stuart Labbree III, Kathleen Labbree, Jacquelyne (Tom) Keenan, Jeffrey(Karen) Labbree, and Paul(Terry)Labbree, and ten grandchildren Brian(Lauren) Keenan, Christopher (Debby) Lutz, Katherine Lutz, Kara Keenan, Rachael Richart, TJ Keenan, Ryan Labbree, Kiersten Labbree, Meghan Labbree, and Paul Labbree Jr., her sister-inlaw Bertha Labbree, many cousins and nieces and nephews.
