Jill L. Johnson

Jill L. Johnson, 53, of West Deptford, passed away on April 4, 2015 from complications of spinal surgery, surrounded by her family & friends. Jill was born at the Naval Hospital in San Diego, CA and resided at Patuxent Naval Station, Maryland; Argentia Naval Station, Newfoundland; Philadelphia Naval Hospital and Woodbury. Jill was an Insurance Accountant for 33 years at Rutgers Causality Insurance Co. in Cherry Hill, NJ. She enjoyed a Full English Tea, cooking & baking, spending time in the garden, and planning trips / traveling.

Jill was predeceased by her mother Charlotte Ellenson Johnson. She is survived by her father CAPT USN James I. Johnson; brother Jeffrey Johnson; aunts & uncles Lloyd & Judy Bauer, RADM USN Jerry & Mary Johnson and Tom & Ginny Ellenson and nieces Amanda & Abigail Johnson.

Visitation Wednesday 7 to 9pm at the DAVIS & WAGNER FUNERAL HOME 171 Delaware St. Woodbury, NJ and Thursday 10am until the service at 11am at the Kemble Memorial UM Church 19 S.
