Howard 'Moe' Krim Miller

January 2, 1943 — December 19, 2021

Obituary
Howard "Moe" Krim Miller, passed away on December 19, 2021 in Cape May Court House, New Jersey. Howard was born on January 2, 1943, at Woodbury Memorial Hospital, NJ to Ruby and Ralph Miller. He married Shirley Walton Miller (the love of his life) on January 28th, 1997, and together their combined families exceeded the Brady Bunch.
Moe was a fun and generous guy he loved dancing, spending time with Shirley and all of their combined children, being a grandfather, the Three Stooges, spending time at the beach and playing darts for the Paulsboro VFW. He could always be counted on to be there when you needed him. He will be remembered for his fancy dance steps, his hilarious Halloween costumes, his knowledge of the best places to go at the shore and sitting in a recliner watching old movies. Moe had a deep love for his family and the shore life. He liked to pretend that he moved to the shore to get away from his "many" children but somehow his children always ended up there whether it be on the beach, at the "Red Garter", Menzes, Cape May, or just sitting around the house reminiscing about the good old days. He treated all of his "other" children and grandchildren like they were his own and will always be remembered for his kindness and generosity.
Moe was in the Army, receiving an honorable discharge. He worked at Texaco and in his later years he worked as a custodian for the Methodist Church in Pitman and Washington Township High School. He retired and officially moved full time to Cape May Court House where he would spend his final days with his loving wife and a handful of weekly visitors.
Moe is survived by and will be greatly missed by his wife Shirley, his daughter Bethann, his son Derek and his "other" children: Stacy Strum (Sam), Julie Durham (Dave), Mickey Miller (Andrea), Rodney Miller (Kim), Lynne Mullin, Lisa Mullin, Darlene Mullin, and Janet Lee Mullin. "Pop Pop" was adored by his grandchildren: Chris Miller, Elijah Strum, Ella Strum, Sophie Strum, Erica Cosgrove (Matt), Noelle Durham, Dana Reimund, Devin Reimund (Rachel), Alec Miller, Garrett Miller, Brady Miller, Chase Miller, Deanna Howard, Kristy Palmer, T. Mullin, and Derek Mullin and 10 great-grandchildren. He is survived by his brother Marvin and his sisters-in-law Jean and Louise. He is predeceased by his parents Ruby and Ralph Miller; daughter Rhonda Miller; his brothers Ralph Jr, John and Frank and sister-in law Leona.
