Hazel W. Tantum (nee Willoughby), 96, of Deptford, on May 10th. Hazel was born in Michigan, she resided in N. Crosswicks, NJ for 51 years before moving to Deptford in 2003. She was the Administrative Assistant for the Superintendent of Schools at the Peter Muschal School in Bordentown, NJ. She was a member of the Presbyterian Church at Woodbury and a former member of the Yardville Presbyterian Church; a Deborah Hospital Foundation Chapter Members; and she volunteered at the Trenton Area Soup Kitchen.
Hazel was predeceased by her husband Stanley in 1982. She is survived by daughter Kathy Stackhouse-Cunningham and her husband Harrison of Mantua, NJ; her son Dick Tantum and his wife Claudia of Atascadero, CA; 2 grandsons, Trevor Tantum of San Luis Obispo, CA, Chad Tantum and his wife Amanda, and 2 great grandchildren of Memphis, TN.

Services: Graveside,10 am Friday at the North Crosswicks Cemetery, Crosswicks-Hamilton Square Rd., Hamilton Twp, NJ.; Memorial Service 1 pm Saturday at the Presbyterian Church at Woodbury, Woodbury, NJ.
