George M. North Sr

George M. North Sr., 82, on January 2, 2012. George was born in Vineland, he resided in Woodbury and Vineland for many years before moving to Cherry Hill 15 years ago. George was an Engineer and owned his own practice in Vineland. He served in US Army from 1951 through 1957 as a Wire Lineman in Europe. He graduated from Drexel University in 1966 and was a member of the South Jersey Bridge Club.

George was survived by his loving companion Barbara Sullivan; former wife Olga North of Vineland; son George M. North Jr. of NYC; step daughter Patricia Olvera of Santa Ana, CA; brother Louis North of Panama City, FL; 3 grandchildren Jenny Vasquez, Katie & Emily Olvera & 2 great grandsons Ryan & Justin. He was predeceased by his stepson Michael Lee.
