Frank W. Budd

Frank W. Budd, 82, on December 26, 2011. Frank was born in West Deptford, he resided in Thorofare for 22 years, then Greenfields, Cape May, and Woodbury before moving to Paulsboro in 2000. He worked for the West Deptford Board of Education for 13 years, then was a greeter at Home Depot in Deptford for 7 years. Frank loved painting landscapes, wood working, gardening and loved laughing with Jay Leno every night.

Frank is survived by his wife Mary E. Hulmes; 3 daughters Leisa (David) Keegan of West Deptford, Joann (Kerry Carmean) Keller of Millsboro, DE & Penny Budd of Paulsboro; 5 grandchildren; 5 great grandchildren and his dog Peanut.
