Doris T. Pelly

Doris T. Pelly (nee Tryon), 93, of Woodbury, passed away on October 31, 2013, Doris was born in Riverside and resided in Burlington until she moved to Verga in 1949. She was a member of the Verga United Methodist Church. Doris loved to sing, she was blessed with a natural coloratura soprano voice and loved to swim with her brother in Surf City.

Doris was predeceased by her husband Joseph C. Pelly Jr. & her brother Jesse James Tryon Jr. She is survived by 2 daughters Lillian (Vincent) Gattuso of Mantua & Cheryl (William) Armstrong of Woodbury; son Joseph C. Pelly III of Deptford; 2 sister Reba Trout of FL & Lois Wilkins of Mt. Laurel; grandson Richard "Gabe" Tedeschi and great granddaughter Anastasia.
