Christian D. Hibner

Christian David Hibner, 66, of Bellmawr, passed away on July 22, 2017. Chris was born in Philadelphia; he resided in Bellmawr for most of his life before moving to Sicklerville 13 years ago. From an early age Chris had many interests and was multi-talented. He designed and built a boat, dabbled in taxidermy and played guitar in his teen years and was quite good at those things. Chris graduated from Triton High School in 1969 and learned the electrical trade from his father. An electrician by trade, he worked for Ray Angelini Inc. in Sewell; he was a natural mechanic, a carpenter & an artist. He loved the outdoors, camping, hunting and canoeing. He enjoyed painting landscapes; he was passionate about music, from bluegrass to Neil Young; he wrote songs and of course, he had a great down-to-earth sense of humor.
Chris was predeceased by his parents Fred & Elsie Kaufmann Hibner & sister Ellen. He is survived by his wife Martha and her son Robert Crigger; brother Mark Hibner; 2 sisters Beth nephews & niece David, Ellen & Donato; devoted cousins Charles & Nancy Schriver, Rudy, Lynn, Robyn; the Kaufmann family and many close friends. He will be missed by all who knew and loved him. May he rest in peace.
