Charles G. Marl

Charles G. Marl, 80, of Deptford, formerly of Westville & North Wildwood, departed this earth suddenly on November 24, 2015 due to complications of Alzheimer's disease. Born October 9, 1935 to the late Doris & John Marl, Charles graduated from Woodbury High School class of 1953. He proudly served in the US Navy during Korean Conflict. He worked in sales for Chrysler Airtemp for 20 years and retired from Sporlan Valve Co. in St. Louis, MO after 20 years of service. Charles loved to fish and drink Michelob beer, read & watch TV. When asking Charles how he was doing, he was always "fantastic."

Charles is survived by his devoted wife of 57 years Barbara (nee Rambo) Marl; loving daughter Keli (Michael) Hanley of Churchville, PA; 2 caring grandsons Keith & Jack Hanley and 2 faithful Bichon companions "Princess" & "Dude."

Visitation Saturday 9am until the memorial service at 11am at the DAVIS & WAGNER FUNERAL HOME 171 Delaware St. Woodbury, NJ. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to USS New Jersey at battleshipnewjersey.org. Memories & condolences may be shared at daviswagner.com
